A hidden gem! This place is a good spot to watch the city from a high place. It offer a beautiful view during all 4 seasons of the year. I used to come here by car and spend hours in the summer. There is way to walk down to a park in middle of mountain. You could also walk up to top of the hill to get even better view. Houses around this place are also beautifully designed. That was a bonus for your sign seeing.

A hilltop parking spot overlooking Montreal's skyline. There are no amenities to speak of in the immediate area but a pleasant place to hang out, contemplate or photograph. From there, it's a short stroll through the wooded area of Mount Royal to get to Saint Joseph's Oratory. A nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Nice view of the city. They have an annual star gazing night when they turn off the lights and people come out with their telescopes. Was very nice.
