The product was fine but dealing with them was a different experience. I purchased their 4x4 anchor posts in August of 2017. It was a hefty investment for what I now consider to be something that anyone with some basic metal fabrication skills could replicate. Months later I chose to go in a different direction with my project and decided to return them. I received a RGA from their office. However I forgot about them and allowed them to sit around for another several months. Finally I decided to return them and sent an email to their office manager notifying her I would be returning them. No response. I sent them by Canada Post and according to their tracking system the package arrived on April 30 2018. On May 11 after hearing nothing from them I sent them an email to follow up on my refund. No response. Finally I received an email on May 16 from their office manager telling me that I had exceeded their 90 day return policy and hat I would not be getting a refund. And that’s all. So now they not only have my money but also the product. I called the office and spoke with Richard who was a very nice man. I agreed that I exceeded the 90 day return policy and I was agreeable with either the return of my money or the product. Richard said he would discuss it with his office manager and that she would probably just issue a refund. Later that day I got an email from the OM which stated, “You were to return them back in August and are only sending them 8 months later.” This was a subject that I was aware of, had discussed at length with Richard and that the OM had reminded me of previously. I didn’t appreciate being slapped in the face with it yet again after the conversation I had with Richard. The product is being returned to me and I will probably sell it on eBay. I will never purchase any of their products again and I highly recommend that no one else does either. Overpriced product that anyone could make on their own. Not worth it.

Richard and his staff are so down to earth and pleasant to deal with. Oh, by the way, his products for building your dream deck make it quicker and easier than you can imagine. I came across these products online, post anchors, shadow connectors, quick connect balusters, post skirts and other quality products. I built my back yard deck 5 years ago and said to myself "what a drab look unstained pressure treated wood is 5 years later." I put into action what I had thought about doing 2 summers ago. Goodbye pressure treated wood balusters and vertical fence boards, hello horizontal fence pattern, White Cedar (Lanark Cedar) stained with Australian Timber Oil (Trudel Home Hardware) and Titan Building Products Square Aluminum Balusters in black, Shadow Connectors, Post Anchors and Post Skirts. Here are some pix of the finished product. I spend more time outside than in!
