Absolutely love this place, a woodworker's dream. First, the selection is always great, as is inventory. Second, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, both in ideas and suggestions - and they always try to help me find the best value - a definite plus. If only they were closer to my home. Then again, it's probably better that they're not - I'd be here way too often. A great lumber store, period.

Great products, however I have had a very difficult time communicating with them. Sadly I am still learning French, I hope that their service is better than the English service. Several miscommunications, and a surprise delivery charge 55$ higher than my bill indicated, and so far, after several attempts, impossible to reach by phone in any department. Having panels cut to size here is also extremely expensive compared to other stores. Sadly I cannot recommend Langevin based on this experience despite their fantastic reputation otherwise.
