What an incredible journey this was, I was a little nervous but the staff makes you feel at ease. First off I'd like to thank Sophie Benoit who took the time to call me back and book my reservation. She is a class act, took the time to explain to me all the details that I needed to know. Second, Florence one of our two guides. Loved her pleasant conversation while walking to our next tower. Best wishes at University this year. And Thirdly Alexie , who looked after me after I got seriously winded and overwhelmed walking between tower four and five. She was patient and kind and offer her own water to me. I made many stops but it didn't deter this young lady from her duties. God Bless you young lady and may all your dreams come true. What else can I say, but to thank all of you kind people for helping me check off another item on my bucket list.

I would like to start with thanking the staff who were very kind and positive throughout our decision to abort after 3rd line. I would have given this a 4+ star had we been properly informed about the adventure. We knew it was gonna be 3.5 hours but the person on the phone informed us that we could choose to quit in between and take the gondola ride back. With that in mind, I booked for myself and two kids. After the first one the kids said they would only do the second and then leave. However, no one had informed us that Gondola would not only be closed after 6 but also inaccessible after the second zip line. The kids were rather traumatized and we had to quit after 3rd one. I am sure it is a great adventure for the adults and something to brag about to your friends.

Just spent an awesome morning hiking and zip trekking down Mont Tremblant. Five line zip is amazing and the guides are great too ! Three hours zipping over and walking under the trees. Great family fun at the end of summer. Totally recommend it.

We did the Ziptrek this morning with my family of 9 and had a super experience! Luk and Amy were so enjoyable to be around. We felt very confident in their abilities and experience. Loved their sense of humour. Our ages ranged from 71 to 11 and all of us want to do this again next year!.
