Dwayne(mechanic)is a great guy, and Jessie is friendly, but the management is a joke. No organization. The ONLY positive thing otherwise is that the price for inspection is better than most places ($110). But then they usually add on other fees, often charging you 3 hours labor for something that takes 1. BUT, what gets me, you bring them a vehicle for inspection/safety, and it takes at least 2 weeks for them to even get to it(usually at least a week later than scheduled), and then they will NOT contact you. They will park your car outside in the back, way off in the mud or snow, and not let you know it's done and what it needs. For weeks. And then, when YOU finally contact them wondering what the HECK is going on, Jason says, oh, well, the inspection is expired, so we have to do another one, and then charge you again for something you already paid for and is done, and the car hasn't moved.... Only reason they get 3 stars is because Dwayne and Jessie are nice and don't deserve a bad rating for things they may not be able to control. You might be better off going elsewhere.

Always helpful. Do their best to book you asap. Always friendly. Have never had to return for follow up on repairs.

Hi Henry Peters, I apologize that you had a bad experience. As for your comment on SGI inspections, Dwayne has always completed inspections the same day, it is up to customer to let us know if they would like us to repair the vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to have their vehicle repaired by whomever they choose within 30 days - this is an SGI requirement. The rules are in place by SGI not us. As for your vehicles being at our place of business - you used us as though we are a used car or wrecking lot. It was brought to my attention that we had extra man hours aiding in your sales after hours (ex. boosting vehicles, tire repairs, towing, etc). We never did charge you anything when we helped with these sales. We are not a used car dealership for the wrecked vehicles that you had brought to us. We had been getting many angry customers because of these wrecked vehicles being left on our lot and you telling them they were safetied. You never gave us permission to repair them to SGI standards. We don't appreciate being abused by customers like Henry Peters. We are very proud in being able to provide the best service in a timely manner. Thank you. Best of Luck.
