Every time I've been in Western Truck Centre the staff are very friendly, always very welcoming to me. They've never once have tried to forcefully sell me anything, nor have they ever lied to me about anything. I've dealt on a few vehicles with a few of the sales people including Mat, Nathan and Taryn within the last couple months, the latest being last week. Very professional and respectful. Customer service exceeded expectations.

Absolutely the best auto dealer I have experienced! The staff here are amazing, they make you feel welcomed and are ready to help you out in a moments notice. My wife and I met with Chad about the vehicle we purchased. Chad is not your typical car salesman, he is relaxed, entertaining, honest and doesn't have a forceful sales tactic like other salesmen / saleswomen I have dealt with in the past. I would recommend Western Truck Centre to family and friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle, trailer etc.

Buyer beware. Salesman nathan will lie to you just to get a sale. Tried to sell me a truck with no issues that he claimed was inspected and safe to drive Luckily there was one decent person there who showed me there was very expensive repairs needed to the vehicle. Obviously the new salesman was ttained to deceive as his store manager brodie also tried to cover up his lies. Very low class service would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a safe reliable vehicle. Phil renforth

I would not recommend anybody buy anything from Western truck centre. They promise you the world as in great product and good customer service that is untill you sign. Then you are nothing and get nothing but excuses and blaming others but nothing gets done. We purchased a rv from this company and if you are looking for an rv your family can enjoy then I would say turn around and head as far away from this place as possible.
