Lonetree was so easy to work with. A representative came to our home and discussed the project ( a bathroom remodel). There was quick and thorough follow-up. We went to the showroom where they have a huge selection of finishes and such. Everyone that we came in contact with was nice and professional and very knowledgeable. The crew who did the actual work was great too. They finished on time and I would recommend them to anyone!

Hi there - thanks for the review. This is not the original Lonetree – The owners retired This is Ron – My Boss worked for this company – I witnessed a street fight between Karl and my boss. This guy Karl is a disaster. Outside he behaves like very professional . But you don’t know his true character My Boss need to go to the police station to get payment out of him. Karl is looking for his prey all the time because He is hungry, needs money to pay his bills and his luxurious life ?! outside his home.

What to share?!!!! To start with most of this review were done by either by their own trade who is working for them or family members except the bad ones. Be aware this is not the original Lonetree which has outstanding references. The company was sold recently. Note the current owners try to use the old company’s reputation and make money. A father bought this for his daughter and son in law. The Guy - son in law who runs this messing around and screwing them big Time. Me and my wife Barb went few times to the show room, sure it’s a nice one but there was no one in the show room. It’s all fake set up to attract you. You will be trapped into this spider web with no escape. He pretends like he has full of knowledge and he hire whatever the trades available in the market to finish your job which is totally crabby. Their price is 4 times higher than any company who does the higher end renovations in vancity. The reason is they have 20% cancellation policy which they don't tell you at the beginning. They treat you like King and Queen until you sign the contract. Once you have signed the contract, they made their money, then they don't care about you or your work. We want to warn you all - Be careful, Do not fall for it.

So nice to have found real professionals that helped us throughout our entire renovation process. Aynsley and Karl made decision making so easy and I felt like my husband and I were a part of their little family. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Yes this is true the new owner is cheap, no clue and do the shortcut to finish the work ,ripe of the clients big time - we don’t work for them anymore
