Never ever order with them. They take your money n never finish job for you. Provide substandard material. Thanks for responding on my review, but i have already contact your head office in Calgary, i have send email to Carrie ( one of your employee), been more than a week, also email a reminder few days back but haven't heard back anything from them. Actually our main piece is cracked in front of sink, and other piece of breakfast bar is filled with uncountable DINGS, we are waiting from your side to response us back with a positive solution. we are fully determined that we will peruse our problem , till the time it is resolved from your side.

Do Not deal with these people. The worst experience of my life. It has been over a year and I am still waiting to have issues resolved. Substandard quality of Granite, very poor communication (ignored phone calls) etc. I could go on and on. As the other person stated they take your money and then they no longer provide customer service. Thelma Denton

We were very pleased to use Granite Direct in doing our granite countertop installation. Professional service from the front office to the installers, and perfect fit on our somewhat unusual configuration, and all at a significant savings from other retailers we checked out. We're happy with our choice, they look great, and it really updates the kitchen, along with the refinished cabinets. I highly recommend their services!
