We did our wedding registry with bed bath for our wedding last august and I'm so happy we did. So many good experiences here but I'll just name a few. First of all, after our wedding we were given 20% any items left on our registry and they actually let us use that discount for anything in the store. Second, we didn't need receipts to return anything that was on our registry. We could just show them our registry and retuning was super simple. Finally, last month, eight months after our wedding, we just got to opening some of our gifts and we found that some of the plates were broken. I didnt think they could do anything about it but I was blown away when Matt told us that we could come in and either exchange the dishes or get a store credit. WOW.

Clean store. Polite staff (although the whole time I was there, I only saw 4 staff members). Did not have what we were looking for but the associate who assisted us did give us a time frame for arrival of the product after checking the stock count at other stores in the city.

Went to return something that was gifted. We didn't get a receipt in the bag on purchase, and they won't take it back - sealed and only available at Bed Bath. Not our fault on the receipt end, but they still wouldn't accept even an exchange or store credit. Good selection, terrible policies. Most stores offering similar products have a better policy and more personable. Will buy "with confidence" elsewhere.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great store. You can find pretty much any kind of kitchenware you would ever neat. They have stuff for bedding like sheets, comforters and pillows both for decorative and pillows for your bed. They also have neat stuff that you can buy in the store that a person wouldn't think they would sell like different hot sauces just for example. Most of the staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable.
