I wanted to add a sauna and bathroom to my basement and had some ideas in my head of how to do it/lay things out......thankfully I spoke to these guys first as my original plan wouldn't have worked and would have cost me a lot of money in alterations. They took the time to sit down with me and explain what I needed to do, and clearly had enough experience to visualize what I wanted without even seeing my basement. I bought the majority of the items from them (tiles, shower, shower enclosure, vanity unit and faucet) had they sold saunas I probably would have bought that from them as well! Quality costs, but quality lasts and is appreciated by everyone who has commented on my finished project. I did seriously consider using them to do the work......but I like a challenge and I learnt a few tips along the way. Helpful, polite and not at all pushy with their products - take a look around at their competition but if you want honest answers, something that will last and competitive prices........then perhaps you should go to Kitchens and Bathrooms........first!

We had our main bathroom and an ensuite bathroom renovated by Bathrooms First while we were travelling abroad, entrusting the foreman with our house key. Preparation for the assignment, when we had consultations with Joe and Cassandra was thorough, and always courteous and considerate. We felt we were being given advice we could trust and that, if incidental problems arose, we could leave some of the decisions to Bathrooms First. All their visits to our house were on time and efficient and the renovation started promptly too. It's worth mentioning that, in our absence, our neighbours commented on the remarkably courteous behaviour of this work team. Different contractors were brought in for the necessary wiring, plumbing and repainting; the work-flow had been carefully coordinated. Our new bathrooms were actually complete several days ahead of schedule, allowing us to come home to a clean and tidy house, with the new fittings all functioning as they should. During the follow-up visit, final touches were added and adjustments made without any extra charge. The vanity and storage units offered by Bathrooms First are well made and of good quality, and the same applies to the Riobel shower systems we were recommended and had installed.

We recently had our 60's bungalow upstairs bathroom renovated by K&BF. Their clever design made the best possible use of limited space; locally sourced affordable materials ensured a timely completion date, with no surprise additions to a tight budget. We were very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the installation, and attentive customer service. Our outdated bathroom has been transformed into a chic, sparkling little gem. Definitely worth the investment!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was professional and courteous, and we are very happy with the quality of their workmanship. Would highly recommend them!

We had our main bathroom designed and renovated by Kitchens and Bathrooms first in November. We are so happy with how everything went! They were accommodating of our budget, suggested designs but were not too pushy (highly recommend designer Cassandra), coordinated all of the trades to come in a timely manner, and we ended up with a beautiful bathroom that we are very happy with. Their communication was great, and we had confidence in hiring them throughout the whole process. The renovation itself only took two weeks and despite finding some issues behind the walls they worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. I highly recommend Kitchens and Bathrooms First for anyone looking for a bathroom renovation!! It was stressfree, timely and very high quality!
