Worst staff and attitude ever and both home and store delivery terrible. Order to your home they throw it on your doorstep and leave home or not. Order to go to the store they can’t find it then treat you as if your an idiot and don’t know what you are talking about. Disorganized and staff is not helpful even on the rude side. Their discount on damaged items are almost non-existent at a whopping 10%. The staff are highly incapable and sometimes takes 3 people to do one thing. The way the cash outs are set up you need to holler your information to them as if I want everyone to know my information. Never again will I shop here. Wayfair is looking better

The staff makes this place exceptional. Thank you Rose for being so kind and looking after my 82 year old Mom to help her with all her shopping here!

We shopped at your store on Sunday, August 19, 2018. What a nice spacious and clean store you have:) Emma was the first up to offer assistance showing us where the bed and bathroom selections are. The choice selections are awesome! Next was Rose who also gave us some helpful suggestions and spent a few minutes with us. Jas was on the check out desk and we remembered Jas from our last visit as he had just started:) It's important for my husband and I to deal with 'real people' :) rather than just a computer voice. Your staff training is great and it shows. Thank you Emma, Rose and Jas--keep up the friendly outlook and great work ethic. See you next time. Steve and Dori Somerset

Pricey and disorganized. Staff happy to tell the guest (me) that it was my responsobility to make them aware of discounts at the till. Speaking of which, the tills are archaic and take forever to get a refund... Wish I hadn't asked for gift card to Bb&b for my wedding gifts. All that said, some staff were kind and the prices on certain items are better than other competition in the area.
