We recently worked with Michael and Nicole at Coordinated Kitchens to completely redesign our kitchen and we're very happy with the results! It was great having an experienced team to handle the details, coordinate trades, make recommendations and troubleshoot challenges along the way—and now we have a shiny new kitchen to show for it. You always hear about renovation horror stories. This wasn't one of them.

With some trepidation, my husband and I decided to overhaul our kitchen last fall. We lead busy lives, with three hockey playing kids, two careers, a dog and all that goes along with it. Having heard so many renovation horror stories lately, I was very wary about embarking on this project. Armed with our budget and a good friend's recommendation, we decided to go with Coordinated Kitchens and Bath. I can honestly say that I'm thrilled with our decision. I can be a bit Type-A/high maintenance, but project manager Mike Williams was great at keeping me focussed and providing me with updates. He stayed on top of everything, even keeping in touch while he was on vacation. He's hyper-vigilant about deficiencies too - noticing things that I hadn't noticed and ensuring everything was done to an exacting standard. He was diligent about making sure the costs stayed on track as much as possible and he took the time to explain options, alternatives and cost-saving ideas - sometimes several times over. (Tip: listen up, because the guy talks FAST, moves fast and has the energy of a Red Bull-drinking Jack Russell terrier). By the end of the reno, Mike felt more like a friend than anything else. Come back soon, Mike - we miss you! Nicole, the design specialist, was patient and responsive at every turn. My indecisiveness was enough to drive ME crazy, but Nicole was calm and professional throughout - pointing out options and reaffirming decisions. In the end, we went with most of her suggestions and our kitchen is warm, inviting, bright and clean - exactly what we were looking for. The trades employed by Coordinated Kitchens also deserve some recognition. I was happy with every person they bought into my home - all were courteous, respectful and actually showed up on time and when expected. This, I'm told, is rare indeed. A particularly big shout out to Andrew, whose eye for detail, great workmanship and solid work ethic made life around here a lot easier. While all renos have a few unexpected wrinkles, delays and/or cost overruns, we feel lucky to have chosen Coordinated Kitchens. I'd recommend Mike and his team in a heartbeat.

Coordinated Kitchen and Bath recently did remodel of our bathroom and, from start to finish, the service/workmanship was exemplary. Mike Williams was the Project Manager and he kept things running smoothly while keeping us up to date on scheduling. We would highly recommend Coordinated Kitchen and Bath.

We had a condo kitchen and bath designed and project managed by Mike. More than 10 years and two cities later we are still talking about the amazing job you all did, and we still tell anyone who'll listen about Mike's amazing project management, design, and customer service skills! Nothing was a problem to consider or achieve. We didn't have to oversee the project as it rolled out (as we've had to do with every subsequent renovation) because Mike was there to maintain very high standards and troubleshoot on our behalf. I could give many examples of this, from a small scratch on a cabinet that he spotted and corrected, to mismatched cabinet stains that he had corrected, to a last-minute countertop mix-up that he fixed, and more. That was our first renovation and we were beyond happy with the result. The years and renovations since have taught us how truly fortunate we were! Thank you all so much!

Not sure if we commented. Coordinated did our kitchen renovations and main floor rebuild for hardwood. Major job, a number of issues came up, and we are really, really glad we had Coordinated (with Mike Williams) doing the work. Everything was outlined at the beginning so that you were never in doubt what was expected, Mike was there almost every day to check on the progress and work was very well coordinated. Every problem was dealt with. Discussion, but never an argument. Have done renos before and it is great to have a company that is so professional and has access to multiple trades. We have recommended Coordinated to anyone doing kitchen and baths.
