You might as well buy everything yourself on Amazon or plumbingonline. Staff here don’t try very hard to get products in on time or find anything for you when asked.

Never been inside but locked up my bike behind their building with 4 empty bike racks and they left a notice saying that I couldn't leave my bike there! Really? Nobody EVER uses them and I can't lock up my bike?

Very poor customer service. In short late deliveries, poor communication, lack of information, no apologies for "forgetting to charge me the full amount" 16 months after ordering products.
