My dealing with Kitchen and baths today consisted of a very pleasant and expedient phone conversation that directed me to their non showroom store , located in the building directly behind for my DIY needs. Where I received excellent service. Will definitely pay it back to this store soon with reno's planned in near future .

We had ordered a faucet that was taking FOREVER to come! The folks here took care of the ordering of another faucet and soap dispenser to our full satisfaction. Thanks so much!

I have lost count the number of times I have walked into this store and been ignored; we wander around watching the "sales" personnel on the phone or whatever else making it obvious they are not going to help. Today was the last time, never again.

Great Kitchen and Bath Store. Lots of selection with knowledgeable staff.

I wish I could give this outfit a "0" rating; I have been in the store three times and three times employees did not know the price on items in the showroom. They took my email address and said they would send me the price specs and not once did they. I am tired of going in the store and getting nothing in return. They obviously don't want my business so I am going to Splashes instead.
