Our new Quartz countertops did not just transform the kitchen but my entire house! Friends even thought we'd had changed the cabinets :) Level of quality and service was amazing - Ms Weller is a saint and the Installers are probably the nicest workers we've hired. Square1 Designs works not just for you but with you. Highly recommend. Did I mention I LOVE the new counters???? :) N and L McGuire Kelowna

My husband and I after years of discussion final desired to renovate our master bathroom. We contacted Square One and Lori came out and gave us some great ideas. The quote we received was amazing. Right in the budget we wanted. Tami was a very big help in working with our schedules. We give her credit for getting everything done for us. The crew were also amazing, they let us know everything that was going on and the best part was it was done on time. Thank you everyone for making our renovation such a great experience

This is our second project with S1D. We moved to Kelowna a few months back and needed countertops for our outdoor kitchen. Because we had such a great experience when we did out kitchen countertops and master, kids and guest bathrooms in Calgary, we didn't even look around. We just went to the Kelowna location to pick out our countertops, connected with Tami and she made it all happen, on time and on budget. We included a 10" extended eating area off the waterfall piece so our kids could eat out there and play in the pool, avoiding trekking in water throughout the house. The waterfall piece at the end of the counter makes it quite unique and a conversation piece! If we do further improvements to our home, our first call would be to S1D.

At first, I truly believed these guys were amazing. The designer Lori and the install team were wonderful. BUT - I have been tying to get some after-installation service since February. My kitchen faucet comes loose. I believe it was improperly installed. I've had excuse after excuse - first I was told "I don't know when we can get someone out there" (I don't live in Kelowna) to "maybe you could just tighten it" (yes, I've done that several times) to "maybe a screw came out?" Finally, a week ago, I was told they would speak to their faucet supplier about a solution. Since then - it's been crickets. For this reason alone - I will say if you are not in the Kelowna area - think long and hard about contracting with this company.

Just had our new kitchen counters and cabinets installed. We are so pleased with how everything turned out! Exactly how we imagined it to be. Thank you to Lori for her ideas and the installers for such detailed work. Thank you Square One Designs for going above and beyond!
