We have just moved into our condo after an amazing renovation carried out by Level One. We chose them after being very impressed with the way they renovated our first condo 3 years ago. This condo was in a very poor state when we were first visited by Alex and Randy and they gave us several suggestions of what needed to be done. An outline budget was prepared very quickly by Alex and we accepted this. They arranged for a designer, Cara, to call and she worked through a detailed plan for the work. Alex handled the City applications very efficiently and work started just 3 months after the first visit. Unfortunately unexpected structural problems were found in the flooring which added to the work but Randy and his team were amazing - sorting everything out and obtaining expert help. The way they helped us through such a stressful time was amazing and despite the need for substantial extra unforeseen work, the completion of the renovation was only a few weeks later than originally planned. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the attention to detail of all the team. The condo is unrecognisable and is exactly what we wanted - light and bright with excellent use of the space. Level One may not be the cheapest option - but you really do get what you pay for and I doubt if any other team would have dealt so efficiently and flexibly with the unexpected problems that arose in our project. In addition we were always kept up-to-date with progress and any questions we had were answered very promptly. We would not consider using any other company in the future after two excellent experiences with Level One.

We have been living in our new kitchen-living room completed by Level One for 6 months now and we love it. We started looking for quotes for our renovation including removing supporting walls about one year ago. After talking to a few contractors, we weren’t sure how to choose a contractor. In the end we went with our gut. We just had a good feeling about Randy and Alex after meeting with them and with the designer they use. Level One carefully managed everything leading up to demo day so that we started exactly on the day we expected to start. We lived in our downstairs while the renovation was going on upstairs. They were very considerate of that fact and kept the upstairs as tidy as possible. As a full time working couple that is out of town often, we rarely saw the contractors on site and would return home to see the progress. Alex was excellent about communicating with us via email and responding to our questions right away. The project plan was managed perfectly. We heard numerous stories from friends about 5-6 month kitchen renos, cost overruns and unexpected surprises. This project was 3 months and finished on time and on budget. We had a small issue with the floor but it did not prevent us from moving upstairs and carrying on with our day-to-day activities. Level One fixed the problem and everything is perfect. We love our new space. Our friends were amazed by our positive experience and we have referred Level One to several people and will continue to do so.

I had Level one do a complete renovation on my house. It was a long process and they weren't as cheap as some of the other options but it definitely was worth it . They did an excellent job with the execution. Alex and Randy were focused on project execution and were very time efficient. I would recommend them especially for people with complex jobs.

I am always pleased with how well they prepare client's expectations in regards to realistic timelines and budgets when it comes to their projects. Their finished work is excellent craftsmanship and looks amazing in the end. I would highly recommend them for your next renovation or new build project. It is always a pleasure working with Level One.
