Karim is a great guy and Goldcon does nothing but quality work. We had the pleasure of working together on a home and Goldcon trusted us to do the clients security and surveillance system. The client was very particular and demanding but we managed to make it happen and have the client happy thanks in large part to Karim's trust and excellent communication skills. He coached us through exactly what the clients demands were and the best way to approach the challenging contract and this was vital in leaving a very specific and highly demanding client very happy. Top class company and if you get a chance to have Goldcon as your contractor, don't hesitate because you will miss out! There will always be people out there who want quality and demanding their superior work!

As an interior designer, I have had the distinct pleasure to work with Karim and Kav of Goldcon Construction on the project Endlessly Elegant (as seen on Houzz). Goldcon is an exceptional builder! They demonstrated fantastic work ethic, fine workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and ongoing accountability to the homeowners (even after the project had finished). Goldcon is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated, and they brought exceptional trades to the job who were also a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to ensure the project progressed as planned and that the end result exhibited craftsmanship and high-end quality throughout. Well done and bravo! You delivered the best product possible and the homeowners are thrilled! It was great fun and an incredible experience all around. I would most definitely recommend them for any renovation or new build!

Quite frankly we did not know what to expect, being new at kitchen renovations and attendant consultants and general contractors. In the end we made the best choice. Goldcon Construction did what we wanted done and not what they thought we wanted done. Karim, his brother and the various subcontractors did a first class job, and we have received numerous compliments on our "new" kitchen. Goldcon was recommended by friends and we have no difficulty in paying it forward. Halina & John North Vancouver

we've worked with Goldcon on our last two houses - renovations and building works. Always on time, and always provided good, clear advice and estimates. We've been absolutely delighted with their work, and will use again when the need arises.

I’ll try and do this without sounding like a paid review. I’ll start by saying I am picky guy with attention detail and our family undertook a total renovation of the main floor and upstairs of our house. That being said Goldcon both met and exceeded our expectations. Having done a few renos over the years, it always seemed a trade off between quality, price and timeline. These guys stayed within their budget, working with us through revisions as the project progressed, delivered an amazing result with attention to detail, and then somehow managed to do it ahead of what we expected their delivery date to be, and right on time based on their estimate, something we thought they said to land the contract. What a nice surprise it was! Karim and Kaveh, are approachable, easy to work with and even the hard conversations (because we all know that inevitably there are hard conversations during major renos) were worked through pleasantly and to satisfaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
