After meeting with several renovation companies, I decided to go with Nick at Innovera for a medium size renovation of a rental property that badly needed updating. The scope of the project was to completely redo the two bathrooms, relocate a hallway closet to make it more usable, replace aging French patio doors and update an outdated gas fireplace. From the first consultations Nick was open and honest and great to work with. He provided very good advice and suggestions and set realistic expectations around project timelines and budget. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail was exceptional. It's clear that Nick has very high standards and if anything wasn't up to snuff, he made sure it got done properly. In one case the paint colour turned out slightly differently than expected so he made sure the rooms got repainted properly. Nick was also incredibly helpful with suggestions around tile selection, fixture and lighting options and other decisions. He picked up on our style sense and overall look we were going for and was able to meet or exceed our expectations in every way. During the project, Nick was quick to respond to emails, easy to meet with and discuss progress and options, and kept us well informed. I highly recommend Innovera and their work, and will definitely be in touch again next time I need any work done.

Excellent workmanship!!! We hired TileWise for our en-suite bathroom renovation and it was a real pleasure working with them. From the initial visit to the completion everything was communicated clearly; all work was finished on time and on budget; the whole team was very professional, friendly, organized and extremely skilled. A special thank you to Nick, who was very attentive, we really appreciate it. We highly recommend Tile Wise for your home renovations!
