We were incredibly fortunate to find Alair Homes. It was obvious from our first meeting with Mike that our personal tastes, concerns and budget would be fully respected. In fact it got easier from that first meeting onwards. We’d highly recommend this amazing team for many reasons, to name a few: 1.The quoting process was flexible, and focused on what was most important to us. 2. Pricing was fair and clearly outlined. 3. The job started on time as planned. 4. Mike and Grant were fantastic during the entire project, making sure to check in with us as needed throughout. 5. Quality of the work is outstanding. Quality control of the highest standard. 6. There is absolute care for customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with the finished basement, and will definitely call on them for future projects In our home. We really are thankful to them for making the experience stress free, and a beautiful new living space.

I recently had my kitchen and guest bathroom remodeled by Alair Homes Victoria and am ever so pleased that I had chosen them to do the job. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the renovation. Considering that my 2 dogs and I were living in the condo while the renovation was taking place the Trades they had employed were amazing and kept the work area cleaned at the end of the day. Now I have a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom that is modern and a more efficient space. The living/dining rooms were also repainted making them look fresh, the the mantle now is the focus area in the living room. LOVE IT! Thank you.

Alair Homes recently handled our basement renovations. We were impressed with several things about their approach. First of all, they were committed to listening to our ideas and more importantly, our budget. They also were committed to detail, making sure in our 100% satisfaction. They have a team of responsible and skilled workmen. We really felt right from the beginning that they were taking care of the whole proect and kept us up to date daily. We are so relieved the project was completed in a realistic time frame and we are thrilled with the result. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your job, big or small.

I have had the opportunity to work with Chris from Alair Homes on several projects. Chris is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. His sites are managed very well and the scheduling is always exact. I appreciate Chris’s excellent and swift communication which makes the process an easy one. All in all each project we have completed together has been extremely successful, we have very happy clients! I look forward to working with Alair Homes again.

I am really impressed with the job Alair Home Victoria did in renovating the exterior of our home. From the start, they listened to our feedback, were absolutely attentive to our budget, and completely transparent in relaying information about potential delays or alternate approaches - so that we always felt engaged and assisted though the project. Alair also excelled in providing a personal touch to their project. Time and again their poject manager popped by to address an emerging concern we had or even help us with small items outside the scope of our project (like returning after the contract was closed to help post our new house sign and mailbox) so that we always felt heard, understood and in touch with our poject. I am happy to recommend Alair Homes Victoria based on the service excellence we saw in our project, and I would use them again.
