Most bizarre customer service experience I have ever been involved in. I originally went there to get toilet parts as our builder purchased all of our plumbing fixtures through them. On my first visit I was given the contact information of the local sales guy who represented the brand we had. After countless attempts (and I was told I should buy a lottery ticket if I ever heard back from this guy) I called Splashes back and spoke to Graham. I filled him in on what I needed and he asked my number and he would get back to me. He never did so I went back down to the store and was given one of the basic parts and he recommitted to try and find the other parts. I have since called back now once per month for 6 months and each time Graham has said he will look into and call me back. He never has and every time I call back says he has misplaced my number. On one of the last calls he indicated he would get us a new toilet as the parts didnt exist as the toilet is not manufactured anymore and he would call me the next day to confirm. Nothing for a week so I call back and after telling me he lost my number yet again he says he has ordered a toilet. He will call when it gets in. Of course 2 weeks go by no call and just like Groundhog Day I call he tells me he lost my number but says a toilet has been ordered and says he will call when it’s in. I laugh. A month passes no call so here we go again. I place the call he lost my number but a toilet he thinks is on site. He says he will confirm and get back to me. I said no how about I hold and you go check. He checks and a toilet is on site but it has been damaged. He says he will order another one and call me back. That was 2 months ago and still nothing. I have yet to call back as I think they have a pool at Splashes on how many times we can take this guys number and do nothing. Stay away from this store if you want any kind of customer service as it is beyond frustrating.

Terrible. I was looking for new capacitors for furnace, and when I asked for the parts on the phone they had such attitude and just hung up the phone at the end. Parts department was terrible. I will never use their service again.

Had parts that didn't store carry. Laura(hope I remember her name correctly) was very knowledgeable and helpful.
