We underwent a major kitchen and sunroom renovation, with Dean and his Canadian Renovations team, in 2013. While it has been almost five years ago since our renovation, we still find ourselves standing in our new kitchen and sunroom, marveling at the outcome. What made our renovation experience so positive was working with Dean. Dean listened to what we wanted and was instrumental in making our vision come alive. Plans were carefully drawn and Dean made thoughtful suggestions that added to function and design. Upon completion of all plans and before renovations began, we were provided with detailed work specifications and a Guaranteed Price Contact. And during the entire project, Dean made himself available, answering our questions as the work progressed. The trades working with Dean were outstanding. The carpenter, electrician, plumber, gas fitter, dry wallers, painters, cabinet installer – all were conscientious, thoughtful, and experts in their respective fields. Each came as scheduled and carried out their respective work with extreme professionalism. Our entire renovation came in on time and on budget. We highly recommend Canadian Renovations and would use Dean and his team again. Rob and Els, Langley

My husband and I can recommend, wholeheartedly, Canadian Renovations, to another homeowner. From the insightful design advice to the follow-up visits, the professionalism and integrity of this company is incredible. The tradesmen used are friendly and talented. The care to protect our home from any inadvertent damage or mess, and the constant clean-ups were so appreciated. Any requirements, that came up through the City of Surrey's inspections, were met immediately, which provided us with great peace of mind. Phone calls or emails were responded to with promptness. Deadlines were met. Cost was guaranteed. After gutting our master bathroom, the renovation went smoothly. Our new master bathroom is beautiful! This is the only company that I would use for any future renovations. We would give Canadian Renovations an A+ rating. This is a company that treats your home like it is their own. They go out of the way to make the process as worry-free as possible. This is a company that takes pride in their workmanship. Murray and Sheila Keating.

Terrific job from start to finish. They provided a very detailed "Project Binder" outlining every aspect of the renovation together with a guaranteed price contract. The job was completed within the time frame stipulated and the finished product that included a totally new kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and laundry room is magnificent. While we had our own ideas, Dean was extremely helpful in guiding us through the design phase. All areas not involved in the renovation were sealed off and/or protected. The sub-trades he uses are terrific people indeed. Any changes throughout the project, and there are always a few, were handled fairly and professionally with Dean commenting that their aim is our complete satisfaction...and they mean what they say. Highly recommended in my book! M. Hall
