This was my first time dealing with this company and I found Lillian to be a wonderful help. She took her time to make sure our experience was very positive, she even gift wrapped for me. We had a confusing situation at first and she dealt with it quickly and professionally. I will definitely go back to this location. Thanks again Lillian!!

Salespeople used to be very good in the past; somewhat hit and miss now. Most products are excellent but I would not recommend their kitchen island selection, which is my one and only return transaction after being a consistent client for well over a decade. Keep your eyes out for the flyer coupon and horde if possible; most transactions not worth getting without coupon.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND. Made a purchase online for my daughters crib. It gave a delivery date of June 11-June 19. Its now July 2 and still have not received it. My daughter is home and had no where to sleep so we had to go and buy a bassinet. I called and keep getting the run around and saying i have to wait and return it whenever it finally arrives for a refund, even though my shipping says delivered somewhere in New York well I live in Victoria BC. I was told by one rep that the ordered was cancelled and the crib was back ordered but no one told me and then since they got them in instead of refunding me they just reissued the crib and shipped it, apparently it was shipped June 19 (the last day of the week it was estimated to be delivered). I was promised a manager would call me back 3 days ago and no one ever called. I will never purchase anything from them an gain and I urge others to stay away!!!! Update: I have called customer service numerous times and they keep telling me im not allowed to speak with a supervisor because they are to busy dealing with other problems and they only have so many supervisors after they have left me on hold for 45 minutes waiting. They also charged my credit card June 21 which was after the date the crib was suppose to be delivered instead of June 4 which was when i authorized the charge. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CHARGE AT THIS TIME.

Went in to buy a kettle popcorn maker... I asked the lady(short and chubby) where they kept them on the floor... she showed me and insisted in getting me a shopping cart. I said "no thanks I'm good" She still brought one over and said here you go. I said again "no thanks" and she seemed mad that I didn't take her cart. She then said you know that you HAVE to use a specialty butter for that machine. I just nodded to get her away from me. She was so annoying and didn't make my shopping experience pleasant.

Takes too long to pay!! Easy to get in but hard to leave. They wanted me to stay and spend more money.
