I met with Lisa Johnson to assist in selecting fixtures for my son's condo in Vancouver. Lisa was very knowledgeable and provided me with great options and pricing during my visit. She was friendly, professional and efficient. It was a great experience and I would recommend this Winnipeg location to everyone. I will certainly pass along my clients to them.

I am the owner of a contracting company in Winnipeg. My customer ordered a 2 piece bathroom unit. They were called when it SUPPOSEDLY had arrived which in turn gave us the go ahead too gut there bathroom as this was a full renovation. Needless too say upon pick up of this unit and delivery too customers home, they had sent a one piece instead of a two piece needed too enter an existing home (1 piece great for new homes or if you want too knock out walls). Wolsley was then contacted and customer was informed 2.5 weeks until a replacement could be produced. Being a home with one bathroom this put both myself the contractor and the customer in a very tight spot as i myself have future contracts and time frames too attend too and the customer was without a bathroom for quite some time. This all being said had too be one of the worst experiences i have dealt with and i guarantee its the worst my customer has dealt with. My customers dealt directly with Wolsley so there was no communication errors. I truly hope Wolsley compensates them correctly.
