I picked up some small orders a couple of times from the warehouse, and did have to wait more than 5-10 min. So far it was a very pleasant experience in interacting with the staff. Right now I am waiting for a response to part request on the shower door. Hopefully I don't have to change my opinion :)

The sales people are excellent but the operations end when you or your contractor comes to pick up the items is extremely poor. Long story short we ordered over $38,000 worth of materials. When the items were delivered to our job site we were missing boxes of backsplash ($48.85 per square foot) and other items. Our contractor had to waste his time going back and then had to fight with the managers in the warehouse to prove that the items were not included in the delivery. Later on they found the extra boxes sitting on a pallet at the warehouse and fulfilled the rest of the delivery which we then had to pick up and drive to the job site 65 miles away. Don't even try and show up to the warehouse to pick up an order because you will be here until it's time to start taking Social security. Normal wait times are 45-80 minutes and they just don't care that you are sitting in the showroom waiting for materials that you paid for. The managers and front desk people at the Ramsey warehouse should all be retrained about how to properly treat customers - we just asked to speak to the supervisor and were told "this is not the place to air your grievances." Who says that to a customer? I will never recommend anyone that I know to Porcelanosa again because of the dismissive and rude behavior of their employees on the warehouse and pickup side. My word of advice is that everyone there should consider changing careers if not then Porcelanosa will continue to lose customers because of the poor attitudes and lack of any customer skills. I'm actually embarrassed that this is the way that a customer who spends annually over $250,000 in product is treated.
