Abysmal. It has been one thing after another with this company and now we find out that rather than fix any of the numerous issues, or pay us what they promised for our property they destroyed, they're ignoring us and collecting our payments. We were explicitly told payments would not be taken until we signed off. We have NOT signed off. My wife called today to query this and was rudely told they were just going to keep taking payments. Surely this is illegal? All they've done since day one is lie to us. We're going to have to report this as fraud to our bank. Please stay away from them. There are so many better companies around.

Bathroom fitters are fantastic (contracted in I believe) their work is brilliant - however hope that you don't have any snagging needing done as it's not the original fitters who do it, hence botched jobs and poor finish. We had to have 4 tiles replaced 3 times as they couldn't lay it flat. Still not 100% happy but I've given up. 'Project Manager' not exsistent. Don't answer calls, always seems to be away abroad or was at the races...Thanks for the info!

Absolute nightmare. Longer review to come but I'm just too upset to type it all now. Horrible service, horrible treatment- lies upon lies, threats and name calling, total disregard for our purchase, overpriced... No communication, no project manager, serious damage to my property without so much as an apology, heavy rubbish left everywhere including in my plants and hidden around the corner on the street... Even most their contractors have nothing but awful things to say about them. We're also apparently not getting a hob for a MONTH AND A HALF. What are we meant to do? We found this out on the last day from the installer, who said himself he shouldn't be the one telling me these things or trying to sort out all the issues. It should be the fabled project manager or the office speaking to us and fixing things- well they ignore our calls and refuse to speak to us. It's just a never-ending nightmare. I wish these people had never come to our door. They've made getting a kitchen in our first home a devastating experience.

workforce excellent, project manager, apparently we had one, customer service non existent . rang them 4 days after installation with a small snags list, two weeks later, still waiting. rang at 9 this morning about a leaking towel rail, now 12 and not heard a thing. called the "project manager"last monday about the bathroom door, which we were told would take three weeks, plus we cannot get cold water to run by itself from the hand held shower anymore, still no reply. as i said earlier, the workforce are brilliant, customer service however leaves an awful lot to be desired. now november 5th and still have two jobs that need sorting out, and getting sick of seeing the advert for these guys with all the happy customers. paid a lot of money for this bathroom, and still isn't right
