We bought our kitchen faucet and sink from them. 100 times more quality than a big box stores.

This has been a most unfortunate experience. The job started in June and as of October 11th we still do not have a completed kitchen. Support has been negligible. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Update: It is now six months since our kitchen was finished. The doors dent at the slightest knock and the wooden surround around the wall oven cracked the first time we heat cleaned the oven. No one has replied to our complaint via the manufacturer, Kitchen Craft.

Amazing, personal service. We said we wanted a kitchen fully designed, built, installed, no bs. I hardly even needed to think or lift a finger, they just got it done. Amazing service, amazing installers.

Caution. Stay away from this very poorly run business. They are Unable to order a standard vanity with out inputting the wrong numbers. Customer service is non existent at its best. Once they have your money you will be treated like dirt. Poor quality products. Unprofessional service. If they tell you they will call you back it is just there way of blowing you off. Plan on your project or new home to fall months behind if you deal with them. You have been warned lllll

Very bad experience. Stay away from this company if you can. We ordered the cabinets to the be the same colour and they created a colour miss match situation. I understand that they are different material, but really, for the mis match to be that obvious really speaks about the quality of the product.
