Karen Clark: Just had my kitchen + utility room fitted by Clearwater. Very high standard of workmanship. Ricky the designer even worked late with us on a Sunday to make sure we were happy with the design & guided us when needed. Fitters Jason + Darren & electrician Damien worked so hard to complete to our satisfaction. Arrived early in the morning & worked through lunch to create an amazing space for us. Quality of products fantastic. So happy & would definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed. Fantastic standard of workmanship & products.

I had my whole bathroom replaced by Clearwater Kitchen and Bathrooms. Ricky in the showroom was fantastic he took his time to accommodate all the requirements we had for our new bathroom and the final design created with the amazing software was fabulous. Robbie and his colleague came to our house to install and put together the design selected previously. They were really professional, working from early in the morning to late afternoon. They work so hard hard and managed to finish the whole bathroom within 4 days. They also ensured that we were happy with the final result. I want to praise Clearwater for delivering a high quality bathroom earlier than the expected time. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you again Ricky and Robbie for this.

Emotional and financial abuse of an elderly couple 74yrs and 84yrs old over 7 months. Solicitor had to become involved to get ill fitted bathroom shower cabinet sorted and damaged shower base replaced. Work finally carried out on 21st March 2018. Emailed company to confirm if work was complete as far as they are concerned and as with almost all of my email correspondence they do not reply by email. They ask you to call and speak to Bobby or Ricky so there is no evidence of their response. Photographs of very poor repair work now with our lawyer. UPDATE Independent report carried out on the poor workmanship by Clearwater. Report sent by lawyers to the Sheriff court in June and a copy to Clearwater. They have until the 6th August to respond and true to form no response has been received as yet, however there are still 2 days to go for them to reply. After paying over £6,000.00 for a small bathroom makeover they have been waiting 11 months since installation for repairs to be carried out correctly. The bathroom remains extremely dangerous with water leaking onto a tiled floor where my 85yr old father and 75yr old mother could slip and seriously injure themselves or worse. Shame on you Clearwater.

A full year has passed since we had our bathroom fitted and we are STILL waiting for unfinished work to be completed...beyond a joke!!!

Had a kitchen fitted in 2010 as part of a house extension. We quickly had problems with the finish on our door & drawer surfaces inconsistently discolouring. After a long drawn fight involving the Sunday Mail Judge we got the kitchen refaced 2 years after it was installed. 5 years later and the same surfaces have started to peel and split. To sum it up, we spent over 8k on kitchen units (no work top) and recieved poor workmanship, appalling customer service all for a kitchen that is falling apart. Edit: after them asking me to get in touch with regards to my negative review, I send an email with sever photos of the splitting doors and panels. After 8 days I still haven't had an acknowledgement, customer service still hasn't improved.
