Absolutely first class from start to finish. All the trades were professional and friendly and worked efficiently and tidily. Andy, the kitchen fitter was amazing! His eye for detail is incredible. Thanks for a fabulous new kitchen which will enjoy for many years to come.

I would highly recommend Boldon Bathrooms. We received a professional, helpful and friendly service from everyone we dealt with. Josh, Richard and John were patient with us and helped us with our design and product choices. Fitters Karl and Paul provided an excellent service, they were punctual, polite, friendly, helpful and tidy. They are highly skilled, nothing was a problem for them and they left us with a bathroom that we are delighted with. Matthew kept in touch during the installation to see how the job was going and if there was anything he could help with. Thanks to all the team for such a great job.

We got our bathroom last April (2021). Sealant around Bath, window and edge of tiles has come away and we have had water coming through our ceiling in the kitchen below. My husband contacted bolden twice and they arranged for someone to come round. On both occasions no one showed. Bathroom cost £5k and although happy with the furniture the fitting was not completed to a high standard.

Got a kitchen and a bathroom supplied and fitted. Easy process from Richie coming out to measure up, going to pick them then Gary coming to check the plan for the kitchen. The fitters Roy and Matty were fab, they never stopped. Glenn the electrician and his team to the plasterers. Honestly I can't believe it my house it looks beautiful. Thank you so much, Joanne and Paul.

I thoroughly recommend this company which did a fantastic job on my bathroom fitting from start to finish. I'd like to highlight the following - 1) The showroom - an excellent array of products with friendly, helpful staff who were not pushy in the slightest. 2) The designer Josh helped my wife and I to get the products and design that we needed. Helpful recommendations and great at answering queries on the design he produced and the things we had provisionally ordered. 3) The installation date (well ahead of what we had been quoted by other firms) and financial estimate were both kept to. 4) The fitters Kev (and Owen) were absolutely first class. They were punctual (8:30 am as promised every morning), polite, quiet, tidy and most importantly, highly skilled at their craft. Kev even went out of his way to repair a botched kitchen tile job done by another firm! We are so pleased with our new bathroom - thanks to everyone at Boldon Bathrooms and Tiles Ltd.
