Kept calling to arrange an appointment to come into the showroom for a 3D design. Would have preferred a quote over the phone for the labour, as it's hard to find time when we're both free at the moment. We did arrange an appointment and turned up at the showroom to find them busy dealing with another couple, who hadn't made an appointment. The other sales assistants tried to stall but seemed unable to show us this 3D design. If it had been fifteen minutes I really wouldn't have minded, but after three quarters of an hour they were still going, so we got up and walked out. Why pursue me to make an appointment and then not keep it?

Hands-down the absolute best customer service I have ever received! Simon, they helped us find everything we needed and at decent prices, a true credit to the company! Highly recommended!!

I visited the showroom several months ago and left my plans with the sales woman. I have never heard back from them. I have sent several emails asking if they have had chance to look at my plans and provide a quote, but i guess they were to busy to respond. Quite a shame because the kitchens look like good quality. I have now taken my business elsewhere.
