My husband and I recently purchased a bathroom vanity from Millcreek Bath & Kitchen and i can honestly say what a pleasant experience we had. The young lady who helped us was fantastic! She was very informative and very professional not to mention very patient as we went back and forth in decision making. The prices were extremely reasonable and very competitive. The exact same vanity we purchased here was selling 1 to 2 hundred dollars more everywhere else and service wasn't even comparable to the great service we received here! I would highly recommend Millcreek Bath & Kitchen to anyone.

Millcreek is the absolute best! It is a family owned business and it shows. The level of care that goes into customer service is unmatched. We had the misfortune of hiring a bad contractor for our bathroom renovation but the Millcreek family was there to help despite the fact that most issues were caused by the contractor. Millcreek was on suppliers day after day to ensure we received everything in a timely and orderly fashion. They worked within our budget and never used any pressure sales tactics. We've been dealing with Millcreek for a month now and they have not once failed to deliver. Do yourself a favour, don't go to any other bath and kitchen store. Millcreek is the best. Period.

Great customer service. Have good knowledge of the wide range of products they carry. Pricing is competitive and the staff are helpful with making recommendations to suit your needs. Both before and after service requirements were handled very efficiently. We are happy with the way both our bathrooms turned out. Thank you Millcreek Bath team. Keep it up!

We recently renovated both our main bathroom and our ensuite bathroom in our home. We checked prices at several bath places and we found the best prices at Millcreek Bath and Kitchen. Also, Suman and her Mom were great to work with. They offered lots of ideas, such as telling us about products we didn't even know existed, (like a bathtub shield), which we purchased. They have a wide variety of products, and can get many other products, even if they are not in their showroom. In addition, they worked with suppliers to request quick delivery when timelines were tight. They are friendly, professional and truly a pleasure to work with. We would definitely work with them again and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. We purchased a high end Riobel shower system and vanity for the bathroom reno at our last house. I always get three quotes and Millcreek was by far the most competitive in their pricing and most knowledgeable as far as making recommendations etc. We were so impressed that we came back for assistance with replacing a faulty shower system at our new house. We didnâ€™t want to renovate the entire washroom or damage shower tiles in order to replace the system. Millcreek staff went above and beyond to get us replacement pieces that were an exact match for the existing holes in the tiles. The items were a perfect match. The lovely owner contacted us to make sure everything met our needs. We think she was more concerned about the outcome than we were. Thanks Millcreek!
