We couldn't be happier with Andros Kitchen & Bath Designs! We met Max at the Toronto Home Show and received great service from the start. He met with us right away to design our kitchen and two baths. He was very professional and punctual with the drafts, quotes, and explaining the different products and scope of work required. After the first meetings we met Aleem who oversaw the whole project from demo to installation and always kept us in the loop with the schedule, and work progress. Excellent communication, very responsive and detailed oriented. Our house is 90-years-old, it was not an easy project and we had a pretty tight timeline, but Aleem and his team delivered on time. We love our new kitchen and baths and are very thankful for the great work they did. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Before any renovation, you have to understand that nothing will go 100% perfectly. So, what matters is how your renovator handles those unpleasant surprises. The Andros team was always communicative and driven to find solutions. Their network of suppliers and contractors is also top notch. There was room to improve on our bathroom reno experience but I feel confident that Andros will apply that learning. I would certainly use them again.

The showroom is conveniently located near the airport and has interesting ideas displayed for modern kitchens. We worked with Max to price out our kitchen renovation. They offer a turnkey project and you are not hiring trades on your own. Cabinets offered are all Canadian and come from either Quebec or Niagara region. Max put together a 3D design based on the measurements he took from our kitchen and suggested a transitional kitchen design that we liked very much.

Odd experience. Went to their stand at Home show. Tried to get them to visit us to see major kitchen project we need doing. However apparently you have to go to their showroom first to look at cabinets etc. Personally I think it would be better if they saw scope of project first. The attraction to them is they do design as well as the project itself so maybe I have misunderstood how they work as other reviews seem good.

We couldn't be happier! Our experience with Andros Kitchen & Bath Designs was beyond expectations. From design to installation, everything was completed professionally and in time for Christmas as promised. Two thumbs up go out to Max & Aleem and of course Danny (Royal Blue Homes) and his crew. I'd be hard pressed to find a better bunch of guys for the job. Your attention to detail and emphasis on communication were greatly appreciated! We'd also like to point out that we researched Andros on the web after meeting Max at the Toronto Fall Home Show and found your rebuttal to negative comments (which were few) were extremely well written and non-combative. This certainly helped us with our decision as this forum often tends to be very misleading.
