Disappointing service, high quality but expensive products. I worked with Watermarks on a bathroom renovation with the goal of doing the entire bathroom there - started with the tub and ordered a high end tub their sales person was fond of - Jason MicroSilk Their price matched a competitor which was great (their price was much higher). The tub was delayed 3 weeks from the manufacturer (no fault on Watermarks), however i had to continually ask for updates on the delivery, with little to no information provided. The tub was delivered on a Friday (i checked the tracking on the package) and on the following Thursday i inquired on delivery to be told it could be scheduled any time. No on reached out to me to schedule a delivery and they had it for almost a week even after a 3 week delay. i was not offered any sympathy, apology or even an acknowledgment of the lack of service. It was treated as "business as usual". On top of this - the tub was delivered without any attachments - when i contacted Watermarks, they said i had to come in and get that. Again, i had to inquire, nothing was communicated to be prior, which caused more delay with the installation. Very disappointing service that caused more delays in my project. I have not used this company for any additional renovation and i do not plan to. The Jason Tub - is awesome. had a minor issue, which i went to the manufacturer directly for a replacement part, arrived in 2 days from Central USA.

I’m a designer and I’ve been using Chelsea for the past few months for assistance with both my client projects as well my own home renovation and she’s been awesome to work with. Very responsive, knowledgeable and always gets back to me in a timely manner. A few times things have been out of stock but she has offered options. I highly recommend Watermarks for anyone looking for a great place to find quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

We are in the process of building a new home and had to select all our plumbing fixtures, we went to Watermarks on a friends referral. We were very overwhelmed and had no idea where to start when selecting plumbing fixtures. We had all our questions answered and stayed within the budget we allotted. They worked directly with our builder and trades to coordinate everything. I would highly recommend Watermarks to anyone looking for a great experience in the selection process.
