Bathroom Galleries installed two new beautiful bathrooms for us in November 2016. Recently we had an issue with a pipe banging noise coming from one of the showers. I called Lara to ask for a service call to fix the problem. She spoke with John who diagnosed the problem prior to the service visit. John came to the house with a new a pressure balancing valve and his tools. He disassembled the shower and found that the existing part was dirty so he cleaned it, flushed out the lines and put it back together. Problem solved. I wanted to pay for the service but John insisted I was a good customer so it was no charge. We were so pleased with the quick response and service provided by Bathroom Galleries, they really go the extra mile for the customer. Very Happy Customer Ben & Sharon Roczniak

Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries completed two bathrooms for me recently and they are a dream come true. Designer, Nadia Savchenko listened to what I said and came up with suggestions making my new vanities so efficient and picked out colours that complement my house so well. Al did the construction and is a very hard, skilful worker. John, the owner, is a real down-to-earth man to deal with. Would highly recommend this company.

Go Somewhere else!!! Today John Andrew Lokert came by and it wasn’t pleasant. He started off by yelling at me telling me that I was a cheap b^%%&d, that I if I wanted done like that I should do it myself. After much exchange that didn’t go well, I told him that he shouldn’t be doing plumbing and that the work that was completed, was so far below par that it was laughable. He seems to think that paying almost $4000 for this work, wasn't enough. We were quoted $2100 and ended up at close to $4000, because of this extra pipe which he made us think that was fixed correctly. The 10-15ft of pipe and elbow represents approx $50-100 in parts, not sure how we got up to close to $4000. But it was paid! We called him back because of the 5 yr Warranty, but that was him YELLING for 3-5 minutes at me trying to scream enough where I would want him out. He kept yelling at the top of his voice that I should be fired and that I didn’t know what I was talking about, unfortunately he doesnt know who hes talking to 1) I'm the Client and 2) The owner of the building. I've attached pictures to hear your thoughts of this workmanship. I love the Electrical tape which I think is Master Plumber 101, "Things not to do" also has NO Hangers, to support the weight of the water in the pipe, NOT EVEN an apprentice would do such HORRIBLE WORK!!
