We are currently in the middle of our Reno with Maxime Kitchens. I thought it prudent to provide feedback as I go through the reno , not simply at the end. This is my second reno but my first with Maxime. To put it bluntly, Maxime Kitchens have been OUTSTANDING. They have literally hand-held us through the entire process before it began, reviewed the scope of work thoroughly with us. Reviewed the risks and dependencies in the schedule. They are always there for questions and respond immediately. I am simply amazed at the professionalism, attention to quality and maniacal focus to detail. Frank constantly reviews the work done with us and Sandra and taken us through every step of the design elements - including shopping with us !!!! Frank and Sandra have truly been a breathe of fresh air and we cannot wait for our house to take shape.

Exceptionally professional, patient and competent from concept to completion. Offered excellent advice on materials and options paying particular attention to budget considerations. The quality of the work is excellent as was the communication on all facets of the project. Importantly, the work site was left clean every day. Our kitchen and main floor renovation was the second project Maxime Kitchens and Bath completed for us. We would not hesitate to use them again. A truly great family company.

We hired Maxime Kitchens & Baths to complete our main floor renovation. Frank and Sandra were amazing to deal with from the initial quotation phase, right through to execution. Both were very patient and helped us through the process. Not to mention the contractors they had on the job were amazing too. Can't say enough about George - he's amazing. Now that we are all settled back into our house, we can honestly say we love it ... it's everything we dreamed of. We will hire Frank & Sandra for our next project ... the bathrooms :)

Hired to do a very small job and basically trashed our house. Chipped and nicked every surface they worked near. Poor quality control and a lack of on-site prep led to a damaged Ceaser stone kitchen counter. Followed by a poor repair job on said counter. "Good enough" I was told by the owner. Partial list of damage: Broken light so high up you need a ladder to reach it. How??? Pouring leftover mortar onto the road curb side. Pretty certain this is illegal. Extensively scratching our front door and refusing to fix it because they can't find anyone to paint it because it's black?? Leaving dried mortar all over garage floor and driveway which they never cleaned up. I have spent hours cleaning up Maxine's mess. Luckily I own a gas power washer or the mortar would still be everywhere. After 2 hours of power washing and there is still dried mortar on the garage floor. Maxine hired a Sub they never used and experimented on our house. They have no staff and the subs are left on their own. The owner seems over worked and always behind. This is the second job we have done with Maxine where the Sub had to be fired mid-job. Resulting in large delays. This the 5th time we used this company and we were shocked how much the quality of work they do has deteriated. If they didn't want to cover stuff, they could have told us and we would have done it. Ripping up a kitchen floor and not covering the Ceaser Stone counter. Or anything else in the kitchen. Tearing up the Tile beside a black front door with no cover. Not one piece of plastic was hung to minimize dust. If this is what you are looking for in a contractor then by all means hire Maxine.
