We purchased two sinks and two faucets there. The purchasing was not too bad; it took time to get the order together etc and number of days of playing phone-tag to give them the credit card number. All of the items were delivered as agreed. The problem we have with the place is that they have absolutely no support or are of any help if anything is wrong with the items purchased. The faucet was around $600 and was leaking. So once we called we found out that they want to ship us a new gasket to repair the brand new faucet ourselves. After much discussion on the phone they kept explaining that there is nothing they can do unless it is all approved by American Standard and that they are only a re-seller. I had to argue with the lady and request that they contact their supplier and explain that the faucet is faulty etc etc. I had to repeatedly explain that this is the service people look for when the purchase something (especially this expensive) in a store; otherwise we can shop online ourselves. They kept saying that I should contact the manufacturer and request replacement myself that I would have better luck dealing with them directly. Seriously? What's the point of the store then? After much convincing they finally agreed to "try" it first and sure enough the supplier said no problem, just order a new one. I had to ask twice when the faucet would arrive before I got even a reply. It was supposed to be here three days ago, still nothing. And on top of everything, we still have to take the brand new faucet out ourselves, return it, get the new one and install it ourselves. They have zero customer support. This store can basically just sell you stuff and then you are on your own. Shop online, at least you won't waste half a day in the store to order stuff and then go through numerous phone calls and emails to get anyone to contact you again. Not impressed for the prices of the items sold there.
