I chose Aya Kitchen because I believe the quality is superior than the smaller stores even though the price was higher. Ravi was superb at the beginning. Revisions were made and Ravi was quick to respond, the service he promised was really there so we committed to go with Aya Mid Feburary. The kitchen will take 8 weeks or so to fabricate so if you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. On the afternoon of April 23rd around 4pm Ravi called me to say, the cabinets were on their way to my house and will arrive 1.5 hour or so. I was happy and excited to hear that it is coming after the long wait, but was surprised by the short notice, how come I was not contacted a day or two earlier to schedule it? What if no one was home to take the delivery? This was the first sign of the lack of communication. The delivery went smooth and the guys were careful and professional. Installation was scheduled for 25th to 28th, the guys were great overall, except for missing to drill one hole so the wires coming out of the wall is accessible, so I ended up doing it myself, the hole was hidden behind the sink, The placement of this hole which Ravi suggested is wrong and not accessible in the first place, so it made it very difficult for me to cut the hole open. Communication between the installer and Ravi was lacking because the under cabinet light valance were not installed. To date June 18th, I am still waiting for it. I have yet to see the actual lights and transformers etc. I expected this to come with the kitchen but thats not the case. So the cabinets installers first refused to install the built in oven because they said thats not their job, next day, they installed it, but did not install it using the manufactured parts and they scratched a panel and a door, which they touched up with filler. March 15th I sent him the cabinet pulls I wanted, on May 2nd he went to pick them up only to find out it was backordered until June. He should have went to pick them up earlier and not a month and a half later. I ended up picking another. The cabinets pulls were installed on May 17th, I had to email him several times to get a response. Phone calls not returned. The installer drilled through one of the doors and into his finger, and used filler to fill up the door. He took the majority of the day and did not finish adjusting the doors and left, said will return, never did to adjust the doors. He did return with Ravi, to install the hood fan. So is he an professional cabinet handle installer? or appliances installer, or just a general labor? My hood fan is an cabinet insert, the way they installed it is again not using the supplied hardware, it is installed not flush, but sticking out. It is because the board added for support was not cut right to size. So instead of re-cutting the board to make things right, they just put the hood cover over the board, so now it is sticking out. There is a small gap between the insert and the board, the imperfection of the steel that is not meant to be exposed can now be seen when you walk close to it. On to the kitchen deficiencies. One door was designed to open the wrong way. One corner cabinet is nearly inaccessible because of the poor design. This is only noticed after the kitchen was installed. One of the gables need to be replaced because they gave me two lefts instead of 1 left 1 right. They look yellowish compared to the cabinet doors. The top drawer beneath my cooktop cannot close because of the cooktop thickness Ravi told me more than a month ago he will send me this deficiency report to fill out. I chased him a few times, and each time, he said, I will email you tonight, I will email you tomorrow. each time never did..... how can you do business like this....I never like to leave negative reviews, but I have to, this as you can see, has not been a good experience for us. Very stressful, we are still waiting for him to get back to us, who knows when... Hope some people will find this review helpful. **UPDATE Sept 12 2018 long story short, kitchen still incomplete, no response

We are so pleased with our wonderful kitchen remodel. Ravi and his staff from Aya Kitchens were very helpful and professional from start to finish. Ravi made sure we were happy with all the details and offered many great suggestions and solutions, before and during the project. We've already referred Aya Kitchens to family and friends. All have been very happy with the end product!

Ravi and his staff exceeded all our expectations - starting with only rough ideas on what we wanted, they turned ideas to concept to design and then into a wonderful finished renovation. Professional, courteous, and an excellent team overall.
