We utilized this location of Kurtis Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen remodel. We highly recommend Hala who was our designer. She really listened and came up with a beautiful design for us.

Generally speaking I'm very pleased with what we bought. But, I'm extremely disappointed that I got a paper from them saying "Earn a $25 restaurant gift certificate for writing us a 5-star google review!" I know it's only $25 in light of the thousands spent on a kitchen, but come on! Don't bribe people to give you a 5 star review, it totally tarnishes Kurtis' integrity. Anyway, I love my cabinets, and I love my granite. The problems we had with Kurtis were overall small things, but they were enough that I could not, in good conscience, give them 5 stars. I really hope others aren't tempted to give more stars than deserved by their $25 gift certificate"bribery."

I love my kitchen!!! I had a few issues during and after my project. Once Kurtis Management became aware of the problems, I was contacted and Kurtis began working on resolving the issues to my satisfaction. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism Kurtis is showing.

Hala in the Utica store was fantastic! She was patient with us as we made numerous changes and always gave us an honest opinion. We never felt like she was steering us towards a certain product because of promotions or high cost--only what would work for us and our budget. Her guidance was appreciated.

From the first email conversation I had with Hala Stermer at Kurtis, I was very impressed. I had no idea what I really wanted to do, just wanted a change. She helped guide us and made the process very easy from start to finish. I absolutely LOVE my updated kitchen and will be referring Kurtis to anyone that will listen! Thank you!
