We purchased a kitchen 3 years ago. The service was great the products would have cost more anywhere else and we spent a couple months looking before deciding on Reno. The owners are genuine caring people as well as their staff all good. Thank you; Mike and Cindy

Always worth dropping in to see what they have in stock when I have a job on the go.

Buyer beware! The price and installation service was OK but we had zero communication from the store re the installation date or payment policy. After calling them a few times to schedule the installation, I was finally told they were installing 2 days later (when I was out of town) or I would have to wait another 3 weeks...without any counter tops and the water shut off over Christmas! I arranged for a family friend to be onsite, but one hour before the installers arrived, the Depot office called me saying I owed the 50% balance before the installation or it would be cancelled. Never, during any conversations with them did they state 100% of payment was due prior to installation or allow us any say as to when the installation would be convenient for us. I will never buy from them again.

Very knowledgeable. Lots of different products and varied price points. One stop shopping. Ask for Jason. He was very helpful and not high pressure.
