We recently completed a kitchen renovation. After looking around for different companies, we decided to go with the Bamco and I couldn't be happier with our choice. Our kitchen is beautiful. The staff was friendly and always available by phone or email to answer all of my questions. I'd recommend them!

The Bamco Group was very great to deal with from the designer (Liz) to the installers and the service crew. When we needed some issues resolved they were there within days. Great service. Our kitchen looks great. Can't say enough!! Great job to everyone that was involved.

We used Bamco to do a complete kitchen remodel along with new cabinets in all 3 bathrooms and our laundry room. From design to installation all went very smoothly and the products are excellent. We would highly recommend Bamco if you need cabinetry!

If you're a large builder doing many kitchens per year you might require the production capacity Bamco offers. If you are only doing a single important project then a smaller manufacturer more focussed on detail and quality might be a better fit. Our experience was that Bamco insisted on all their money before delivery and then were very unresponsive, missing deadlines, etc. Our kitchen was never truly finished to our satisfaction. When push comes to shove you would be better dealing with the owner of a small company instead of the 'Senior Vice President of Lazy Susans' or whatever of a larger, less responsive company.

The Service coordinator that we attempted to work with was completely useless. We have been waiting since September (now April) and she has ignored all of our emails. I am so disappointed in their service. They have let us down with their incompetence.
