We have an older home and wanted to change our enclosed kitchen to open concept. From our first meeting, Keith and The RenosGroup team were great to work with. They answered our questions and walked us through the entire process. The quote provided was very detailed, easy to understand and accurate. The final product turned out great and we love our newly renovated kitchen. We definitely recommend the RenosGroup.

Keith is a total pro and I will always recommend RenosGroup to anyone in need of a home renovation. We are planning a basement finishing project and Keith's guidance and expertise at every step of the process has been invaluable. I can't wait to see the final results and actually get to enjoy this space in our home!

We hired Renos Group to renovate our basement this past summer. (Removing some existing walls, rewiring, new ceiling and flooring, redoing bathroom and creating new storage areas) When still at the stage of getting estimates and coming up with design options, I was first attracted to Renos Group because of the usability of their website through which I could quickly book an appointment for an estimate. Though their costs were slightly higher than some of the other contractors we met with, we decided to go with Renos Group for several reasons: • We liked Keith’s friendly, confident yet easy going attitude. • We liked the very detailed estimate Keith gave us, clearly outlining both the administrative, labour and material costs as well as the amount of time required for each area/section of the project to be completed • They were insured and the work was fully guaranteed. • We appreciated the company’s flexibility in allowing us do some of the work (such as painting) ourselves; to purchase some of the materials ourselves when we could get them at a discount; and to modify our plans a couple of times once the project got underway. All of this helped us to save on costs in the long run. Once the work began, there were of course some issues that cropped up. At times, some of the workers didn’t turn up as expected and at times reaching Keith was difficult. But, we found most of the crew to be courteous, dedicated, trustworthy and reliable. I had no issues leaving them alone in our home while I attended to other things. One of the workers, Adel, was especially professional, often coming early and not leaving until a particular job was done to his satisfaction, making up for the shortcomings of some of the others. Despite the minor glitches, the basement was completed pretty much on schedule and Keith provided us with updated quotes whenever some of the plans or choice of materials changed. He would not accept final payment until all of the work was completed to the last detail. We are very pleased with our final, finished basement and recommend Renos Group for home renovation projects.

This is why I won’t use this company. I had a pipe burst on a long weekend, being a neighbor I asked for his opinion. I was told we only do big jobs and to go to Home Depot for advice. I now have a kitchen Reno to do guess who I won’t call. It they don’t care for neighbors how can they care about the job they do!

TERRIBLE!!!! I got my kitchen renovated by Keith. It's taken me 2 years and one frustration after another to repair what was done. But today, was the worst. Shelves that are to hold 100 lbs broke because they were installed with 1/4 inch screws and PLASTIC shelve support. Then there was the outlet that was wired wrong and falling apart after simply unplugging an appliance. Then they used 3 inch screw to hold down a 1/4 inch piece of plywood, cutting a wire, shorting out the kitchen, and could have caused a fire. The shelves that looked like they were installed by a 5 year old. The list goes on and on. If it was not for my husband constantly watching the work of the owner, I think our house would have burnt to the ground. I do thank Jose for all his hard work, but with poor management and incompetence of those he worked for; he did his very best. I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. I would also suggest you ask Keith if he is bondable and if his work is insured.
