Very knowledgeable and spent time helping us find exactly what fit our tastes. We worked with Janice who went above and beyond to help. Their customer service has not been the greatest in the past, so if you've had a bad experience and scratched them off your list (as I had done), I'd recommend giving them another try. Like some of the other reviewers, I had previously given them a one-star review. However, my most recent visit was exceptional, and I expect that has a lot to do with the owners taking the initiative to respond to online reviews and bring change to their organization. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I visited this store last Friday with the mindset of looking around and finding some ideas to guide my entryway flooring, bathroom flooring, and vanity choices. (I actually took the morning off of work to meet the hours for this store). When I arrived the salesperson was working with another customer. After walking around for over 20 minutes, I asked both ladies if either of them worked there (as no one had greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance). I believe her name was Becky or Rebecca said she did and she would help when finished. Great! Not so much. I asked to be directed to flooring for an entryway and bathroom. Pointed me to tile and did not help pull tiles or recommend kinds. (I’ve been to many flooring places with amazing customer service and know exactly how i should be treated.) Acted very confused as to why I was there. I explained my new construction needs- contractor would be installing, I am looking for samples. Didn’t understand why I would come for that. I then asked about vanities. She stated “yeah we have lots” when asked to elaborate, huphed and didn’t understand what I was asking. Finally, I asked did she have a book of vanities I could look through. Said she had those but didn’t give me any. She ended our conversation by walking back to her desk and I left. Fast forward to Monday morning. I wanted to give this store another try because I love your options. Sadly same salesperson, same horrible attitude towards me. She actually said, “didn’t I tell you last time you were here to make an appointment?” I told her no she never told me to do that. I than explained I didn’t think she had a very nice attitude towards me last time I was there and asked her am I doing something wrong for this store? She was extremely aggressive, rude, and had zero customer service. By the end of our conversation I told her she is the reason this store is losing my new construction business and no other reason. I went right down the road to rusmur flooring and had an incredible experience. I have never written a review in my life but absolutely had to write one for this. Unacceptable.

I walked into Splash in Murrysville a couple weeks ago with a design in mind for my bathroom and kitchen. Then I met Janice. WOW. She was amazing. She thought of designs I never considered. The final project is so much better than I ever imagined. Thank you Janice for all your wonderful input. This should be in a magazine
