I purchased new kitchen cabinets from the Reico Falls Church sales office just last fall as part of a total kitchen upgrade. My Reico designer and sales representative was Dee Payne. I went into the project without ever having done a remodel before and thus relied heavily on Dee's skills. My experience with her could not have been more positive. She helped me select exactly the right cabinets, expertly designed the cabinetry layout for my kitchen, and consulted regularly with my contractor to make sure that the installation would go as smoothly as possible. Moreover, throughout the entire process, Dee was consistently a pleasure to work with, always responding promptly and cheerfully to the many questions I had along the way. I would add that, having made many visits to the Reico Falls Church showroom, I consistently found the atmosphere and professionalism on display to be at the highest of customer-friendly levels. For anyone thinking about a new kitchen or bath, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this Reico sales office, and I especially give 5 stars to designer Dee Payne.

The ladies that are the consultants are very unfriendly and impersonable.

My husband and I had our kitchen redone (cabinets and layout). It turned out AMZING! We had a fabulous designer named Dee, who was very thorough and informative. I would highly recommend this location and our designer, Dee.

We've been shopping around. Richard in this store was very helpful. We're still trying to figure out our budget and likes but when we are more certain we'll be back.

We used Reico to replace the cabinets and counter tops in our town-home and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! Dee suggested cabinet-types and a layout that increased the efficiency of our kitchen by at LEAST 100%. Would highly recommend.
