Dealing with these folks was generally a pleasant experience. They had some very good ideas for the design of our kitchen. The work was well-done. I don't know if we got much of a bargain, but it was a positive experience. Truthfully, they were easier to deal with than the builder, and more abovr-board.

Horrrible Experience. On 11/18/18, we were remodeling our kitchen and I decided to exchange one solid wooden door for a glass insert door. I said one door. We brought our old door in for the correct measurement. The sales contract reflected our last name which was misspelled. A bad sign. The door was ordered and of course it took longer than they said it would. The door comes in and I have to take it to a glass company to get the glass put in. After a few more days, the glass is installed and I took the door home. Naturally, the door was too small. By 2 inches. I called the store and they weren't sure what happen but blamed it on the factory. Another door was ordered and they said it would be 2 weeks. A rush order. 3 weeks later, no door. I called and they said the door just came in and would have the glass installed. Another week goes by, I called and they said they took it over to another glass company instead of the old company because they could get the glass quicker. The first glass company was 2 days. They already had the door measurements and what glass we needed from our original transaction. I called the second glass company several times and no one would answer the phone. A few days later, the door is ready. On 2/8/18, my wife brought the door home without checking it out. I remove the door from the box and the outer edge of the door had a 3" scrap down the side, was cracked, and the glass installation was poorly installed. The caulking job was horrible. 3 months have gone by. I took the door back and management agreed the entire process was left to be desired. The door was reordered and a new piece of glass was installed. On 3/12/18, I called the glass company and they stated they called Reico on 3/8/18 and told them the door was ready. Ironically, they also called on 3/12/18 and reminded them the door was ready. On the same day, I received a phone call from Reico advising the door was ready. The district manager refunded our money and the door had no issues. The employees meant well but the attention to detail by the company was severly lacking. A total of 5 months.
