Ordered custom kitchen for my new condo. Olga from the management team was a pleasure to deal with. I know I wouldn't have had the same results without her backing. Everything turned out even better than I could have imagined. It's what I wanted and more. Couldn't be happier!!

I recently purchased a condo in a premium development downtown Toronto. After moving in I started to realize how poorly the kitchen was designed - about half of the storage space is out of my reach (I am 6'4") and all of the space below the counters are drawers vs. cupboards. This is kind of crazy as you cannot store a proper garbage bin in a drawer. When I inquired about getting a drawer replaced with a cupboard (what should have been installed in the first place) so I didn't have to leave a garbage bin in the middle of the kitchen / living room customer service was very curt and unfriendly. After paying what I paid for the condo I was hoping this would be taken care of. Instead they charged $500+HST and insisted on cash or cheque and wouldn't discount the HST. Overall I was very disappointed with this company and hope to never have to deal with them again.

Couple of weeks ago, my kitchen cabinet door broke I got the living art cabinets phone number from my building manager. I called their office and spoke to a gentleman , he sent one of his technicians to my condo and fixed the door. It was very fast and the office called me after to make sure the job was done. Excellent customer service.
