Our new cabinets look nice but they were installed with unfinished, unsealed cut edges of particle board directly against our tile floor. The first time that we mopped the kitchen floor using a relatively dry sponge mop, a section of toe kick swelled and bubbled where it sucked up water from the grout line. Then the end panel beside the dishwasher sucked up water like a sponge from a minor spill from our cat's water bowl, causing it to swell and split apart. I asked for a quote for a replacement piece intending to install it myself and they want $537. Fortunately, our much cheaper and just-as-nice IKEA cabinets in our laundry room don't have this problem.

As a homebuilder I was lucky to work with Barzotti for close to 10 years. Their attention to detail and install quality was fantastic. Their logistics are on point. They do a great job of showing up when they say they will and doing what they say they’re going to do.

Horriable service and poor quality. I would not recommend using them at all. I agree with everyone who rated Barzotti a 1/5. Your time isn't valuable bit theirs Is!

I purchased a condo with the Coltera Devlopment Group in Milton. When I moved in (along with many other Coltera imperfections) my cabinet doors were damaged in my kitchen. Found out that Barzotti was the contract for the units. I had them sent out 3 months ago to be refinished/fixed/ what ever the case is. I called Barzotti back 1.5 months ago and they said they lost my doors......LOST?!? Ok so where's my replacement? "Oh sir we've had some turn around (staffing wise) and we are backed up so be patient and we will figure it out". OK cool, so I wait, patient. Countless unreturned voicemails, now 3 months in. I have missing doors and I'm beyond pissed off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATTROCIOUS AND THEY'RE QUALITY IS CHEAP. I'm seconds away from going to Guelph and finding my doors myself. That's the short of it, people who are reading this. Please take this review into strong consideration when investing any money into this company.

Terrible customer service. Nobody ever calls you back. I had to call daily and get angry just to get to talk to someone, then they tell you they'll call you back once they get the info you're looking for, and they never call. I must have been told 15 times they'd call back, and every day they never did. Cabinets are okay and the guys installing were great, but again, terrible customer service. I would not recommend.
