I bought a kitchen from B&Q and was going to get it installed from a kitchen fitter. Due to personal circumstances the kitchen fitter was unable to do this for me. Fortunately I contacted Justin and even though he had a busy schedule he was able to make time for me to work on my kitchen. Before starting with the kitchen he checked the electrics. He found out my kitchen did not have any earth wire. He told me that he will redo the electrics in the kitchen by providing the earth and new sockets. Justin also redid the entire flat with new earth wire for the light bulb switches. Justin used the design specifications provided by B&Q to install and fit the new kitchen but in my opinion he exceeded the design specifications by providing a visually stunning kitchen. In the kitchen he installed the Gas hob, oven, work top, tiles and painted the kitchen. There was the water pipe which was leaking under the kitchen which he cut and refitted. He also tiled the floors to a high standard. From start to finish Justin kept me informed all the way, was very polite and dealt with all problems that he encountered with ease. I only have praise for Justin as he is a seasoned individual who is very good at his job. I just would like to say thank you to Justin and his team for a fabulous kitchen.

I own a tenanted two bedroom, single bathroom flat in Lee, South East London. Because of its size and configuration, the existing bathroom lent itself to being split into two to provide individual facilities to the tenants. After approval of full sets of drawings by the Local Council and Freeholder I went out for quotes to different contractors. The job involved construction as well as traditional plumbing activities. Of the quotes I received, Justin was in the middle, not the cheapest or the most expensive. I appointed Justin as I felt he had the range of skills I was looking for and offered the best all round package. Justin carried out the erection of the new partition wall, made the entrance door opening and hung the new door to the ensuite, installed Aqua board as appropriate, removed all the old tiles and installed new tiling throughout, new towel rails, electrics, lighting, toilets, sinks, waste and soil pipe interfaces, and connection and modifications to existing plumbing. Throughout the alterations to minimise the disruption to the tenants Justin kept the existing shower and toilet facilities operational. From the first day on site I trusted Justin with an entrance key and he came and went to suit without me or the tenants being in the flat. I liaised with Building Control and Justin had the dialogue on site with the Inspector, any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and politely. Justin offered advice and pragmatic solutions to any problems we encountered and decisions we discussed and agreed when I visited or we talked on the phone and exchanged photos. From the price quoted to the final price paid there was a small increase of about 8% for some variations that neither of us could have foreseen and I had no problem with acknowledging those. I’m delighted with the new ensuite and new shower room and thoroughly recommend Justin and his company.
