Purchased a new design shower room including installation. In my absence their fitter changed the design and shower screen . The work was extremely shoddy and I had three attempts at meeting the supplier at the installation. The work has had to be ripped out as the surveyors report was most damming. I had to pursue this firm through my credit card to get my money back. I have been lost for words in trying to describe the treatment I have received. Beware the smooth salesman's talk.

Shoddy and incomplete work. Left with an unusable shower. No contact from the company for over 4 months despite promises to complete. Never again!!!!!

Absolute arrogant and irresponsible behaviour from the owner and the staff . Horrible attitude before and after the order. All smiles before the order and then no interest , delivery of wrong goods - then blaming customer and the kitchen installer - stop responding to calls and a disaster dealing with the company - DONT EVEN LOOK at the shop if you cross by the street !
