Made it really easy for me to find a place in town! They took me around to a lot of their buildings in centretown and the process to find a place was really easy! A lot of their units are recently renovated and when my fridge broke they had a new one in their in 30 minutes!

Edit: a customer satisfaction representative was very helpful once they read my original review. Extremely poor communication with property management. Things that could easily resolve with simple answers to some questions turn in to being threatened with eviction.

I am an international student and rented an apartment in a CLV Group property in Ottawa, Sandy Hill, 8 months age. I am very happy with renting this place and working with this professional, friendly, and responsive staff and look forward to extending my contract for the rest of my PhD period (at least two years). I would like to thank the whole team and specially Olivia and Ali for being helpful whenever I approached them for assistance or asking a question.

Everyone that I have dealt with from CLV has been extremely helpful. I would especially like to recognize David Cassanova and his excellent client service.

I will never ever rent from these people again. They will blatantly lie to your face. Before my girlfriend and I moved into our what would have been first apartment ever we ask if there were any bugs, we were told there had never been a bug infestation in the building. We moved into 1040 Hollington Apt #6 within 3 weeks cockroaches started appearing. 3 weeks after that we were gone. Do not rent from these people if you can avoid it.
