The staff was very helpful with my overnight stay. Everyone I spoke to was bilingual which I am very grateful for. The beds and rooms were comfortable and we'll stocked. The washrooms were pretty clean.

Holy moly. It's scary. It has the feel of an old army barracks. The rooms with two single beds are very small and had a damp musky smell. Does include a sink in the room. No sound blocking at all for the hallway so you can hear other people talking or walking down the hall. The bed linen was clean. Beds were more like cots. For 100 bucks for the night. I'd stay away.

I was very pleased with my stay here. There was no line for me to check in, and the woman who helped me spoke English well. My room took a bit of effort to find, but it was clean and comfortable. There wasn't a private bathroom, but I did not mind that too much. The main problem I had was the thin walls that made noise on the hallway very unpleasant. In general, I found this place to be very convenient to city sites (the 800/801 bus takes you right to the center of town with very frequent service) and good quality for the low price I paid. As a recent college graduate, this was great for what I was looking for.

Stayed here for more than a month, overall it's not bad. Common areas are clean and tidy, plenty of space to work on your laptop or chill with friends. You get your own sink in the room. Coffee vending machines in the lobby and kitchen. Grocery stores, Provigo & Metro under a 10 minute walk. Only complaint was the bed which was too hard. Pro tip: music room with pianos available for reservation if you're looking to kill some time.

I lodged at the 7th floor, it was cleaned and well maintained. Went with my wife she had a presentation at the Quebec City convention center and spent 3 nights there before coming home. Enjoyed our stay and loved the experience.
