Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Just moved to a new location on Thayer Ave off of 45th St. Recommend a visit.

Wheatland has installed 2 gas fireplaces for me. The first was in 2013 with igniter and side wall discharge which has been totally trouble free. The second in 2018 has been troublesome. It has a pilot light instead of an igniter and the pilot puts out enough heat to keep the fan running 2 hrs+ after the fire goes off. The chimney top discharge also freezes over. Both are a product design problem. Wheatland 5⭐️ Regency 3⭐️.

Service was great , Had a problem with the flame going out , and they worked at it until they figured it out (it was a faulty part). Has been working flawlessly since and we use it everyday.

Very good service, very responsive to requests and dealing with problems. The fireplace has been operating for 3.5 months of the coldest winter we have had in a long time without problem.

I really needed to use the washroom and hopped into the place for relief. I was immediately greeted by a friendly face, and they were gracious and directed me straight to washroom (which was well kept). Would go again!
